Week 7: Brand new vanity being installed and painted

Mega Remodel is finishing up week 7 of Tina and Jason’s whole house remodel. In the past few weeks, the floors have been replaced in the master bathroom and mudroom. We even got the chance to work with our wood floor specialist to create a custom stain with more black and gray tones to pair nicely with the kitchen cabinetry. Trim, walls and cabinetry have been painted, iron staircase balusters have been added, and we are in the midst of a full master bath and laundry room remodel.

Tackling a large transformation of this caliber can only be made possible with a clear vision and plan, and working in good communication with our long-standing trade partners. With 2 weeks left, the essential areas of focus include lights and plumbing fixtures installed, finishing tile in many areas, new carpet throughout the home, final coat on wood floor, a massive punchlist, and a professional clean!

This home is truly undergoing a MEGA transformation!
